When my father was just turning 50 he had a little accident… me. Whenever I bring that up people ask the obvious question: “How old was your mother?” To which I always reply: '17.” Actually my dad has never lived in Arkansas nor held public office, mom was 43… I was pretty unexpected, but it worked out good.

As my Zaadz title implies I did have a few “lost” years. More like I went to a party when I was 21 and left 20 years later. Fortunately I found a God of my own understanding (no brandname attached) and was able to break free of the grip of alcoholism.

I am definitely living on borrowed time. Whether I have a day, a decade or decades I do not know. I just hope I can be there to help others who are in the grips of alcoholism or addiction.

But rather than preach recover I hope that humor-laced ramblings can help others. I tend to blog about anything and everything. Not only did I get the alcoholic gene, I also got a little dash of Biplor I… a great combination. I blog about it, laugh about and hope to laugh with others.

If my writings step on some toes I apologize. I never seek laughs at the expense of others… but I do poke a little fun at religion (all brands), politicians (all sides) and life in general. If your overly sensitive about politics or religion please pass me by. I'm not here to debate.
